Beta reading

A beta read is a read of your first or early draft. I will provide feedback on pacing, characters, plot, and anything else you would like another point of view on. I will help you create a revision plan for how to move forward with your manuscript.

Developmental edits

A developmental edit examines your manuscript at a deeper level than a beta edit. I will provide specific details on a scene or chapter level to highlight any pacing or flow issues. While this is not a line edit, I will often suggest line edits if they are necessary for the flow of one moment to another.
